Let Us Pray
Matthew 18:19 “Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.” This page is a place where each day, we will post a prayer for our nation, our leaders, our families, our community and prayer requests people have emailed. If you’re visiting this page, pause for a second and join with us in prayer. When we pray together, it unifies the body of Christ and helps us fulfil the Word of God which says to help bear one another’s burdens. The Bible doesn’t say we have to be in the same spot at the same time to pray together. So let us pray.
September 4, 2026
Lord, at the end of this workweek, we thank You for all the blessings, provisions, and answered prayers. We praise You because You are our shelter, our hope, and our life. We pray for our families this weekend that they will enjoy Your blessings and have peace. We pray for a special anointing for pastors and ministers this weekend. Give them hearts of compassion and love for Your Word as they prepare to teach and preach. Bless those who minister in nursing homes, assisted living, prisons, and other community homes. Lord, open our eyes to the Word of God and put a hunger in us for the things of the Lord. Fill us with the Holy Spirit and stir revival fire within us. Draw lost sheep to You and put a desire in the hearts of prodigals to return. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and everywhere there is suffering and sorrow. Even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus.
In Jesus’ name, Amen
